We stand behind everything we make, because we take it ourselves every day. If our products don't work for you, we want to know, and we want to make it right.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We call it Feel the Change, or It's Free. If you try your first order and don't notice a meaningful difference in your focus, stress levels, or sleep quality within 90 days of your purchase date, contact us and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

This is our commitment to you. We are confident enough in our formulations to put our money where our ingredients are.

The guarantee applies when:

  • You have used the product consistently for at least 30 days
  • The refund request is made within 90 days of your original purchase date
  • It is your first order of the specific product
  • You contact us at hello@heroelements.com with your order number

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Second or subsequent orders of the same product
  • Bundles where individual products have already been separately refunded
  • Requests made after the 90-day window has closed

You do not need to return the product. There is no restocking fee. If your request is accepted, you will hear from us within 2 business days with your refund confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly sealed, or with a product defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. Please include a photo of the issue so we can address it on our end.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong product, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange the correct item.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping. Products must be undamaged and in original packaging.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We are not able to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. If you are exchanging for a higher-value product, you will be charged the price difference. Contact us at hello@heroelements.com to arrange an exchange.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no penalties, no lengthy process. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

To cancel: log in to your account at heroelements.com and manage your subscription directly, or email us at hello@heroelements.com. We will confirm your cancellation promptly.

Orders already processed and fulfilled cannot be refunded under standard policy. If something went wrong or you were charged unexpectedly, contact us, we review every case individually.

European Union, 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed on our side. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
